Rotal a boat’s wake, is a collection of Gaelic and English conversations with fishermen from the Isle of Lewis and Harris, in the Outer Hebrides. Accounts of family history, social history and fishing diversification, by the highly motivated fishermen of the islands.

Rotal a boat’s wake, launched November 2021 includes contributions by twenty fishermen, relaying  accounts of fishing in island waters in the past and the present. Their accounts are in their working language of Scottish Gaidhlig with a few fishermen who dont speak Gaelic giving accounts in English.
